ABOUT THE AUTHOR

“Really? Then what would you call yourself?”
Shokwurk sighed and folded his arms. “I’m perspicacious. I’m crafty. A problem solver. Ask me to invent a perpetual motion machine and I would be utterly lost. But give me a specific problem that requires a perpetual motion machine as a solution and then I might be able to come up with one.”

Matthew Pak is a video producer, actor, writer and artist living in Virginia. In 1979 his cartoon for the official Star Wars Fan Club won him a visit to the set of "The Empire Strikes Back" and was the inspiration to one day create his own science fiction/fantasy series. From 1988 through 2009 he played the demented Skeeter on the local Richmond horror movie show "Dr. Gruesome's Movie Morgue." He illustrated the 2021 children's book "Don't Stop Retreivin'" by Raymond Mayberry and was the author of two G.I. Joe novels for Amazon's now-defunct Kindle Worlds.
